A Delavan woman received her sixth drunk driving charge after she was pulled over for driving erratically in Wauwatosa over Memorial Day weekend.
She was pulled over after a patrol unit noticed her speeding and not using her blinker when switching lanes. Although the woman claimed she had stopped drinking three hours prior to driving, she was unable to pass a field sobriety test and was subsequently arrested.
This arrest is the woman’s sixth in regards to driving while intoxicated. She is currently being held at the Milwaukee County Jail on $2,500 bail. If she is convicted of this charge, she could face up to 10 years in prison and fines totaling $10,000.
