Roger Weiner, a New Jersey native, was visiting Sunlight Mountain Resort in Colorado when a chair lift knocked him down, fracturing one of his femurs. Weiner claims that the resort is responsible for failing to adequately train their employees or make sure they enforced rules and safety regulations. He claims to have suffered loss of wages, diminished enjoyment of life, medical bills and pain and suffering. He is seeking $75 thousand in compensation.
