An 11-year-old boy was injured in a Madison accident Monday. According to police reports, the boy was crossing the street when another car entered the intersection and hit the boy. 

The driver was not cited because the traffic light was apparently green when the boy tried to cross. When medical officials arrived, the boy was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment.
