Woman and children involved in hit-and-run accident

A woman driving with her two children was hit Friday night in an apparent hit-and-run. According to the Madison police reports, the accident occurred at the intersection of Sycamore Avenue and Walsh Road. 

The other car struck the front of the woman's car, and then sped away. A little while later, the other driver returned to the scene of the accident and was arrested by police.
