Wisconsin State Official Killed in Crash

by Administrator 19. December 2008 04:12

A tragic highway accident resulted in the death of a former state official - Mark Musolf. Musolf was Wisconsin's Revenue Secretary in 1979, moving into the position of deputy attorney general in 1987-1991.

Unfortunately, he was killed in a car accident on Highway 13 near Phillips at around 2:30 in the afternoon. Another car hit Musolf's car in a head-on collision, killing Musolf and sending his wife to the hospital with serious injuries.

Musolf will be greatly missed, as he has become an integral part of the community; opening up a local bed and breakfast and acting as a scout leader. There are services around Wisconsin being set up to commemorate Musolf's life and mourn his death.
