UW-Madison Students Live Through Deadly Accident

by Administrator 10. December 2008 06:12

This week a bus loaded with University students from University of Wisconsin-Madison were on their way for a trip to Chicago to visit a German market. They crashed on Saturday morning on the Chicago expressway. Police are still investigating the crash, but from eyewitness accounts, a small sedan entered onto the expressway, and drove across to lanes of traffic without seeing the bus. They cut the bus off, leading to the crash.

The person in the small car was killed and pronounced dead at the scene. Other persons involved suffered minor injuries. Some students were taken to a local hospital to check for serious injuries to the back or neck.
