More than 20 people have died in Wisconsin snowmobile accidents this winter. The rate of snowmobile deaths suggests that Wisconsin will have more snowmobile deaths this winter versus last winter.

Snowmobile accidents account for a large number of deaths given the safety risk related to snowmobiles. In some cases, the snowmobile accidents have been the result of snowmobile drivers drinking and riding.
