Reports coming from police revealed that on September 21 43-year-old Jill Tornow was arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Tornow was found unconscious inside her running vehicle by responding authorities at the PDQ gas station on 401 N. Third Street. According to the PDQ clerk, she nearly hit an unidentified person on a sidewalk. Authorities recovered consumed bottles of liquor inside Tornow’s vehicle during the arrest. Tornow was suspected for her fourth OWI offense and was on a probation hold.
