Posted under Personal Injury

Three individuals, including a Kenosha county officer, sustained injuries after being attacked by a bulldog late last month.

According to reports, a 52-year-old woman and a 30-year-old woman were attacked by a bulldog that escaped through an open gate. In a recorded 911 call, the 30-year-old victim was heard screaming while being assisted by a dispatcher. A police officer who responded to the scene was also attacked by the dog and accidentally shot one of the victims while stopping the attack. Aside from a gunshot wound to her foot, the 52-year-old woman also sustained injuries from the officer’s stun gun. The names of the victims were not released by authorities. Shawn Lievense, who owns the dog, stated that their pet is gentle.
