A woman who was heavily intoxicated while operating a vehicle was arrested by Janesville police, a June 2 article of WKOW stated.
Janesville Police received a call at around 6:30 p.m. about a female driver who was intoxicated. Responding police later apprehended Janesville resident Tracy Hatcher in the 1800 block of S. River Road. Hatcher, who already had nine OWI convictions, failed a field sobriety test given to her due to high intoxication. Police brought Hatcher to a medical center for blood testing, and she was later cited for operating a vehicle with an invalidated driver’s license.
