A male driver who already had several DUI convictions was recently arrested in the Milwaukee area for the same offense, Fox 6 stated on April 21.
Reports provided by Milwaukee authorities revealed that a traffic officer stopped a speeding vehicle on the southbound lane of Interstate 794 at Oklahoma Avenue. The vehicle driver, identified as Thomas Ciesielczyk, 51, upon apprehension admitted to drinking one beer. Authorities later found, however, that Ciesielczyk’s breath test showed a BAC of 0.109. Ciesielczyk, who had four DUI convictions prior to the arrest, may face imprisonment of up to 6 ½ years if found guilty of the offense.
