A former pick for the University of Wisconsin football team is facing a jail sentence in Madison after he was found guilty of sexual assault, the Miami Herald stated on June 19.

Mukwonago resident Dominic Cizauskas on was convicted on June 8 of sexual assault after an incident last December where he reportedly forced himself on a woman inside her room. Though the testimony of the plaintiff and the defendant vary, they both admitted to having consensual sex in the past. Jurors at Dane County Circuit Court agreed when Assistant District Attorney Rachel Sattler asserted that the victim had the right to refuse to sex, regardless of the situation.
