One man was injured in a Monday evening crash in Rockland.

59-year-old Michael Keyzer of Greenleaf was driving his Harley Davidson bike on Wisconsin 32/57 when he was hit by a Volkswagen Jetta. The driver of the Jetta was 35-year-old Nicole Behnke from Manitowoc.

According to Brown County Sheriff's Capt. Dave Konrath, Behnke, who is suspected of driving under the influence, crashed into the motorcyle when she crossed the road's center line into oncoming traffic as she was traveling northbound. Although the motorcyclist was wearing eye gear, he was not wearing a helmet. Keyzer sustained injuries in the accident which required surgery. He is currently in critical condition at St. Vincent Hospital in Green Bay.

Behnke escaped the accident with no injuries. She faces charges of operating left of center and driving while intoxicated.
