Posted under Uncategorized

‘Bunched up’ carpet in the Edward Jones Dome is to blame for a woman’s injuries. Andria Hancock is suing the Edward Jones Dome and Charter Communications after falling on an area of raised carpet. She claims she has sustained injuries in excess of $100,000.

Hancock states that the Edward Jones Dome and Charter Communications were negligent and careless to provide adequate lighting and failed to give any warning about the bunched up carpet. She states there were also other hazards on the floor when she fell.

She claims to have suffered injuries to both knees. Hancock is seeking damages for pain and suffering, medical expenses, loss of wages, loss of earning capacity, and disability.
