This past weekend a car turned in front of a motorcycle in Oklahoma and left the driver dead and his passenger in stable condition at the OU Medical Center. Both victims were thrown from the motorcycle when it struck the front right side of the other vehicle. Neither was wearing a helmet. The driver, Donald Raymond Mowdy III, was flown to the hospital where he was pronounced dead 90 minutes later. His passenger was Misty Mowdy who was also flown to the hospital.
Also in Oklahoma, a Wichita Falls, Texas man, Deon Sanders (age 40), was killed when his vehicle swerved left of the center stripe and struck a tractor trailer head-on. He was pronounced at the scene around 7:40 on Monday morning. The driver of the tractor-trailer, Kevin Donaghey age 55, was unhurt.
