Nicholas L. McNamara

After graduating from the University of Iowa with a bachelor's degree, Nicholas McNamara studied philosophy in Germany on a Fulbright Scholarship. He later graduated from the University of Wisconsin Law School and then clerked for the Honorable Susan Steingass and the Honorable George Northrup of the Wisconsin Circuit Court in Dane County. Nick has been an attorney at Habush Habush & Rottier since 1993. He represents injured victims of car accidents, work-place accidents, dog bites and people injured as a result of abuse or neglect in nursing homes and care facilities. He is certified as Civil Trial Specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocates, and he also teaches trial advocacy and litigation in general practice at the University of Wisconsin Law School. In the Spring of 2008 Nick will also be teaching an advanced litigation course for paralegal students at the Madison Area Technical College.
